HOLD TO CENTER ~ FEBRUARY PRACTICE CALENDAR ~

A woman with long red hair sitting cross-legged on a cushion in a room with hardwood floors and neutral walls. She is wearing a black long-sleeve top and black pants, with her eyes closed and hands resting on her knees. The room is decorated with numerous potted plants of various sizes on the floor and on stands.

My philosophy

My classes are an invitation to pause and reconnect with your Self. At its core, yoga is a practice of turning inward—creating space to listen, feel, and allow energy to move through the body and mind with greater clarity. When we tend to our own nervous systems and inner landscapes, we’re better able to show up with care and presence for one another.

My yoga journey began at home, practicing along with YouTube videos—free from performance, comparison, or distraction. Just practice. That experience continues to inform how I teach today.

Rooted in traditional hatha yoga and shaped by over 800 hours of training, my teaching is also informed by years of working with students in both online and in-person settings. I’ve taught group classes, private sessions, and developed on-demand practices for a wide range of experience levels. I bring a trauma-aware approach, creating space for safety, choice, and listening to your own body.

I believe yoga is for everyone, and that slowing down often allows us to more clearly witness what’s unfolding within the body and mind.

Private & Custom Offerings

I offer a limited number of personalized and small-group sessions, designed to support sustainable practice and meaningful connection.

  • Custom classes for small groups, studios, organizations, or special gatherings.

Sessions are adapted to the group’s experience level, setting, and intention—whether that’s grounding, restoration, or shared movement.

  • Made-to-order yoga practices created for individuals or organizations. These videos are designed to be returned to over time and can range from short, focused practices to longer, more immersive sessions.

Rates vary based on format, length, and scope.

  • One-on-one sessions tailored to your body, goals, and rhythm. These sessions offer space for deeper inquiry, personalized guidance, and a practice shaped around what you need most right now.

    Limited availability.

If you’re interested in working together, I’d love to hear a bit about what you’re looking for.

If you’re interested in yoga beyond the mat, I share weekly reflections on yoga philosophy on Instagram through Philosophy Fridays.

These posts explore traditional teachings, simple practices, and ways philosophy shows up in everyday life.
